Ben McConnell
Ben is a principal at Ant’s Eye View and the co-author of two seminal books on customer loyalty: Citizen Marketers: When People are the Message and Creating Customer Evangelists: How Loyal Customers Become a Volunteer Salesforce. Sally Hogshead

Buzz Bruggeman
An early and longtime participant in the blogging community, Buzz has been featured in books by Dan Gillmor and Robert Scoble. Buzz is one of the founders of ActiveWords and routinely speaks on using new media and technology tools related to innovation, productivity and marketing. Buzz wanted attendees to remember ActiveWords, Gist, Eyejot and Copy2Contact from his presentation.

Eric Turkewitz
Eric is a practicing medical malpractice and personal injury attorney and principal of The Turkewitz Law Firm.
