If You Talk to Everyone, You Speak to No One

As we continue adding to the video library of speakers from ROI 2010, we have a short presentation by Brandon West who was part of a panel on the day-to-day marketing of a law firm. Brandon quickly discussed the importance of defining your audience, first impressions and properly framing your messages online.

I really liked the title line above that Brandon used in his presentation, and I think it’s something all firms should take to heart. Defining your audience and framing messages are important both online and offline. Just today I received two pieces of plaintiff-firm mass-marketing material in the mail. They were nicely put together. I noticed as much when I immediately tossed them into the recycle bin.
