Brandon quickly discussed the importance of defining your audience, first impressions and properly framing your messages online.
I really liked the title line above that Brandon used in his presentation, and I think it’s something all firms should take to heart. Defining your audience and framing messages are important both online and offline. Just today I received two pieces of plaintiff-firm mass-marketing material in the mail. They were nicely put together. I noticed as much when I immediately tossed them into the recycle bin.
