Death of the Yellow Pages

Conrad Saam from Avvo gave a great presentation this year on managing your online reputation at the Radius of Influence conference in Tampa.  Conrad runs Avvo’s marketing department and oversees their SEO, SEM, social media, online marketing, public relations, email and web analytics initiatives.  You can find him over at the Avvo Blog and on Twitter.
